The RIGHT Campaign was piloted on our Allendale Square development and we are now delighted to be able to roll this out across all our sites and at Head office too.
The aim of this campaign is to reduce our impact on the environment, our colleagues, neighbours and the general public. This spans anything from carpooling to the site to our reusable water bottles and coffee cups, the recycling of EPS offcuts from the Altherm ICF block along with the plastic webs returned to the factory to be reused, along with much more.
This campaign was not only about the environment, we also wanted to place a strong emphasis on the Health and Safety of our team so that everyone could get home to their families at the end of the day. Working in confined spaces and on buildings sites means there is less room for error so everyone needed to be far more conscious of their surrounds and who is in them and who they were working with. This campaign reminds everyone to take that extra second to be mindful of others and give them a chance to complete what they are doing safely.
The success of this campaign has been down to the buy-in from the entire team making the roll out seamless across the business. Since the launch of the RIGHT Campaign on the Allendale site, we have had zero reportable accidents.
