It was a pulsating finish to this years running of the Alanna Homes Handicap Hurdle at the 2018 Punchestown Festival.

Alanna Homes were thrilled to see, a pillar of Irish racing, JP McManus’s A Great View pip Ainsi Va La Vie in the most pulsating finish to a race on Thursday of the Punchestown Festival.

After signing a five-year sponsorship deal for the Handicap Hurdle, Alanna Homes are delighted to align themselves with what is the pinnacle of Irish jumps racing. One of the biggest events of 2018, the Punchestown Festival saw a record-breaking attendance of more than 127,000. It is a real celebration and a great climax to the end of the Irish jumps racing season with great competition between horses and trainers alike.  It also offers the best in entertainment and fashion, making it a special occasion for those who wouldn’t be regulars to the racecourse.

The Alanna Team are longstanding supporters of the Irish racing scene and in particular the Punchestown Festival.

The Punchestown Festival is a great boost to the not only the local Naas/Kildare community but to Ireland as a whole with racegoers descending on the track from all over Ireland and the UK for the 5-day festival.
