We are delighted to announce that Alanna Homes are finalists in the Residential category at this year’s ICE Awards for our Birch House Apartment Scheme at Allendale, Dublin 15.
Having come through this very strong category as finalists has been a massive achievement in itself. However, we relish the opportunity to speak with the judges at the interview stage, to further highlighting why Birch House is deserved of this year’s award.

We’d like to take this opportunity to wish all finalists in all categories the best of luck over the coming weeks, in particular, Altherm ICF finalist in the Construction Product Innovation category. We worked closely with Altherm who supplied the ICF for our Birch House development.
Looking forward to the Gala Event of the 28th March in the Convention Centre where winners will be announced on the night.
