On the 22nd May Fingal County Council granted planning permission for the first phase of the new Hansfield Station Quarter. The Alanna Homes team are to commence works shortly on 95 apartments and duplex units under this recent permission.
This new phase of development in Hansfield, Dublin 15 marks the start of what will be known as Hansfield Station Quarter(HSQ). Sitting adjacent to Hansfield Train Station these quarters will be an exciting urban development comprising of approx. 650 state-of-the-art residential units when completed. Situated between a new 5-acre recreational park, currently under development by Alanna Homes, and the Royal Canal Greenway, HSQ is perfectly situated to allow for an easy 21-minute commute to the Dockland via the train while offering its residents a local neighbourhood with nature on its doorstep.
Planning permission for the remainder of HSQ is anticipated to be submitted later this summer.
